I made a new friend recently at Camp Bluebird. Katina asked me to paint this portrait of her grandmother, Leona Davis. She turned 93 on the thirteenth! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
I enjoyed doing this mixed media portrait very much because I thought she looked so fancy with her matching hat and corsage and her layers of sparkly jewelry. I used acrylic, patterned paper, silk and paper flowers, stamping, etc.
